| Revenues for the first quarter of Fiscal 2011 ended Nov. 27 were $123.7 million, an increase of 52.7%, versus $81 million for the first quarter of Fiscal 2010, according to a news release. The Forest City, Iowa-based company reported an operating profit of $4.9 million for the quarter, versus an operating loss of $6 million for the first quarter of Fiscal 2010. Net income for the first quarter was $3.8 million versus a net loss of $1.3 million for the first quarter of Fiscal 2010. On a diluted per share basis, the company had net income of 13 cents for the first quarter of Fiscal 2011 versus a net loss of 5 cents for the first quarter of Fiscal 2010. |

Wall Street analysts had projected Winnebago would report about a 6-cents-per-share profit for the quarter.
